Attitudes: Good or Bad?

When we talk about attitudes, we usually define the as being either
  • good or bad
  • negative or positive
  • right or wrong
We learned in Days 1 and 2 that our beliefs and our thoughts are everything when it comes to losing weight.

If you find yourself thinking and using these words

it's a good indication that working on your attitude is a necessary step to get you from where you are today, to reaching your weight loss goals.
