Think Positive Thoughts About Your Body
After your bath or shower, if you look at yourself in the mirror, what are your thoughts?
Are you thinking about how fat you look, or are you thinking how wonderful you look?
Are you thinking how you hate your stomach, or your arms, or any other part of your body, or are you admiring your body?
If you want to lose weight and keep it off, stop thinking about how fat you are. Start thinking about all you do love about yourself and your body. This is an important step in the pathway to permanent weight loss.

His book is not a weight loss book at all, but changed my life in two ways. One, it made me very aware of my thoughts and how they were preventing me from losing weight. And two, his book helped me to change my negative thoughts to positive ones.

Review chapter two of your workbook. Use the space provided to write down your thoughts about your body, your ability to lose weight, about food, and anything else that comes to mind.
This will create an awareness of how you really think, and how you can change your thoughts to ones that are more positive.
